Few questions on replacing struts.. alignment oriented

Ok well after having my 91 swapped from the OEM strut/spring setup I now have the set laying in my garage. I know when I had my 60K done by Scott he noticed my front struts on my 93 were probably stock & have around 135K on them & even though they don't leak I still should have them replaced soon. Anyways my question is this... if I swap the front struts will I have to get an alignment if the welds have never been broken on the strut housing? Please let me know & thanks in advance.

You can probably get by without having the alignment done after the strut replacement, but don't be at all surprised if you see uneven wear on those nice tires. Just because the alignment plates haven't been moved doesn't mean other suspension components haven't. Rubber bushing wear and play for example.

Drilling out those welds and getting a REAL alignment is the first mod every SHO should have.
