Fan Always on!!!

[New to the SHO]

The blower fan in my 93 ATX is always on. you can press the off button and the fan blows harder, it is quiter when you put it on the floor setting. I tried switching the EATC and it still stays on. Also the AC doesnt work but the heater and the defrost works just fine. Anybody know what to do?? thanks

blower control module for fan problem. if you cant change temp in car, you could have a blend door problem.
