I have a 1992 with premium sound. I just recently acquired a factory CD player out of a 1993. I have the square 6 connector interface cable that goes from the CD player to the head unit, but I do not have the rectangular 6 connector cable that provides power to the CD player. It does not appear to be tied up anywhere under the dash, so I'm assuming I don't have factory wiring for the CD Player. Is there a harness available for this connector, or an aftermarket work around?

Any help would be appreciated.

Check again. I too have a 92 that didn't come with the cd player and was able to add it.

Take out the cup holder or box whichever you have, look to the back left. Mine was actually plugged into a dummy recepticle awaiting install.

You should be good to go then.
