Exhaust Question

Just bought a '14 SHO and I've replaced the 3rd cat with an Xpipe and removed the resonator and mufflers. I expected the drone. Got that, but had already planned on adding mufflers.

Would the Rumble Mufflers (Flowmaster look alike $35 v $90) sold at Auto Zone **** the drone or knock it way down? Thanks!

i would say get a resonator that should help with the drone but keep most of the volume

does anyone have a part number for a resonator that would fit where the oe 3rd cat and resonator is..i cut them out straight piped it to the dynomax axleback muffler kit in rear..had no issues until i put catless downpipes on now sounds like shit...want to put in an x pipe and high flow resonator but not sure of which ones to get

Magnaflow makes muffler with an X pipe within the muffler for this situation. Kind of a catch all.
