thought i got some crappy gas ,she stalled a few times would die if i pushed the clutch in n oil pressure light would flicker?????.run good when cold,gets funky after a few miles,secondarys aren,t opening,feels like shes in limp mode.will pull codes sunday,no cel tho???? UPDATE!!!!!! Ok oillight is flickering at 900-1000 after nthe car warms up,no rod knock but do hear a little something around 2500 rpm damn it man think the bearings are takin a dump .also pulled codes got a 66 maf min voltage,n 29,WHAT is a ect????help??

I would park it quick and check those Rod Bearings. Sounds like theyre on there way out. When was your last 60k done?

the light's flickering cuz the idle's dropping below 500rpm...have you had your intake off recently?

i haven,t cleaned the intake or MAF on this car yet, she has 120.000 miles on her n has been pretty much been babied,it,s my long haul car n rarely see,s above 4000 rpm,n the guy before drove the same way,**** it,s still got the factory 9*25 clutch in it.i don,t remember ever even downshifting it ,it,s acting like a bad grounf on the DIS ,but alll the bolts are tight n clean,i learned that lesson the hard way

It's not the rod bearings.

What do you mean it "Sounds like the rod bearings are on there way out"? Does the car act different right before they go out?

The Rod bearing, Crank Sensor, Cam Sensor and Crank Cancer pandemic is starting to get hilarious.

defiently not bearings going away,always had mobil one n keep the regular maint.up,like i said this car doesn,t get beat on,plan on keeping it indefiently,no rust n ya can eat off the top of the motor,the only place thats got dirty is when the steering cooler got a small leak cause the clamp loosened up,n that got cleaned up real quick.the cps is 3 mo. old as is the water pump ,timing belt and nooooo sign of crank cancer or the cam sensors takin a dump .i,m thinking it,s the IAC,or maf needs cleaning.also i think i will make a jumper ground wire for the DIS module see if that helps
