Just finally got around to being able to install my intake this weekend and seeing if anyone had any pointers?

I got everything out including the rear turbo charge pipe.

I know the new version includes a new silicone hose for the rear turbo - is this truly necessary to use as getting the OE hose off the rear turbo looks a bit impossible to get off from up top.

Any help would be great!

The rear turbo hose was the biggest pain for me, tried installing it dry on the turbo to no avail-finally lubed it and it slid right on. If anyone can comment on what lubrication is best for use on silicone hoses I'd be interested as I'm pulling these off to get the pipes coated following the test fit. In the past I was always told not to use petroleum based lubricant on rubber and gave hoses a spray with carb cleaner right before installing, not sure if that holds true with silicone hose. Also removing the rear turbo hot pipe buys you some working room and the OEM worm gear clamps seemed to be a better option at the hose to turbo inlets (also take note of how they're indexed so you can better reach them to tighten). I also noticed that a non PP 2019 SHO I had on the lift at work seemed to offer a less cluttered view than my 13 PP. Not sure if that was the fact that I used a lift at work vs jack stands at home or what-it was like night and day.
