I love the sound it is how a sho should sound like, it gave me more horsepower but the problem is ever since I installed the downpipes with the new tune it came with I started getting multiple misfires at wot so I have not been ******* it at all as a matter of fact probably going to have to spend the $1,300 to get the corsa Cat-Back.
I spoke with the guys at LMS to no avail they blame the fuel system. I've done everything under the sun to try to get to the bottom of it besides changing the plugs because they were just changed 6 months before that when I originally got the tune and it ran perfect. Ran High 12's in a 1/4 Mile before dps

O2 sensors on these engines, or rather their wiring, are easy to put a hurting on during downpipe work. Might need to change them out. If you have a datalog, feel free to post. Might just need new plugs, or the knock sensor wires taped. Since you say u changed plugs with the tune, i assume MC plugs gapped at 0.030. Do you know the exact codes?

And welcome! Post pics of your ride :D

Yes the plugs were changed when I first bought the tune 6 months before I added the downpipe, I have a confession I added 115 octane leaded gas on race day the tank had nothing but 3 gallons with no mixture of 93 before I changed the downpipe but it wasn't acting up at wot until I added the downpipe I haven't added any but it guess since then it was a rookie mistake but I know now I can use gt260 leaded gas from Sunoco.
Do you think there's a possibility since I do not have cats that it could be my fuel injection.
I agree I need to check my sensors I did heat them up pretty good when I installed the downpipes.
As far as data logging I do not really have a way to do that I do have something called bluedriver it does give me a lot of information but not up to speed on what I need to look at as far as voltages and the readings it gives.6509eb516960407bcea29b82d4eb8af1

P0300 PO234 and C1b00 check engine light flashes at wot only I literally have to be holding the accelerator to the floor for that to happen it also makes a sputtering sound at the same time starting at 5200 rpms.

Change your 02 sensors, leaded fuel is a no no for them.

Check the plugs. If they are fouled, change them, hope that is all that is needed. If not, O2 sensors would be next.

Changed both front sensors? Both had same amt of soot? Did you clear the codes, and did they come back? P0234 is an overboost condition - possibly sticking wastegate or blowoff valve, maybe even a bad solenoid (very rare).

Yes both sensors were changed and all for nothing.did not change the sputtering...
I did change the plugs again to sp542s and went back to stock from the LMS tune.
Just uploaded the gearhead tune and everything went away the tune totally blew my mind it's like I have my car back.

Absolutely fixed the problem it's a totally different animal now if anybody has any shifting or sputtering hesitation issues with LMS and has never been with another tune it is so worth checking out another tune.
I found it interesting programming with the SCT device is a lot different.

Interesting.....

Good luck with the install. go to Ford and buy a at least 10 of the push clips. You will break the majority of them.

Thank you I spoke with Matt and the last three intercoolers where already gone by the time I sent the email, they're going really fast when he finishes his next batch he's going to send me one... I really don't like speaking for people but I believe he said around the beginning of April.
I don't know for sure I know there's a long list of people ready to buy them. At least it gives me time to go get clips I need thank you for letting me know. Any info is good info because I will be installing myself.

I installed mine. I posted pics in my owners/mod thread. The clips that hold the bumper corners to the front fenders were a pain in the ass to remove. Just be be careful and take your time.
