yes the computer will compensate for the bore increase. it will notice more air coming in and such.

It's easier when doing a swap to use the 3.0 CPU with the 3.0 harness.
You can also use the 3.2 CPU (with the 3.2 harness) but you'll have to trick the backup lights , clutch switch , and so forth.
Plus youll get a nice O/D light flashing (if you have it) and a check engine for a missing ATX tranny and missing EGR.
Whatever you do , match the harness with the CPU , dont mix them.
