engine trouble code issues

im having an intermittent engine probelm, once in awhile the check engine light will come on and the car will buck a bit, when the engine revs it seems like it has half power, then the probelm will just stop, the light will go off and everythings fine till whenever the next time is. i checked the codes and it was a 212 (ckt fault) and a 214 which i think is the cam sensor. any ideas id hate to have to do a cps right now. any help would be great

Replace your Cam ID sensor.

+1. Replace the cam sensor first, since you're getting codes for both... if that doesn't solve the problem, it's crank sensor time!
