The engines are externally identical, and very nearly internally identical. The accessories (Alternator) are different. I think the later 93-95 blocks had thicker cylinder walls and can be bored larger during a rebuild. Should be a straight forward swap.

front motor mount bracket.....

Pretty much. Just make sure that you use the front motor mount bracket (the one that bolts to the block and holds on the AC compressor) from the car which the motor is going into because the '94-95 MTXs use a different alternator than all 89-93 SHOs.

Hope that helps!

so all the wiring is the same.

I would recomend using the wiring from the car which the motor is going into just to be safe.

I know that in 1990 ford used a short wiring adapter between the engine and engine compartment wiring harness. So if you keep the wiring with the car you won't have any problems.

The starters and starter circuits are quite different between the two. Use the starter from the 95 and you shouldn't have a problem.

There are all kinds of nagging little details that turn up on these things, but in general what has been stated so far covers it. If you're able to do the swap with both motors/harnesses there for reference it should be easy to sort everything out.
