I don't have time to read the other posts in this thread, but since you're in Mass, you may want to contact Fred at NESS or Kirk Doucette.
They are also in Mass and may be able to give you some good advice.

Scott, if you feel that the motor swap is taking too long feel free to come and get your car and motor at ANY time you would like..

Now to the Facts...
You bought the motor from me and then asked ME how much for the install, I gave you a fair price for the labor even though I waited 2-3 weeks after the auction ended to get paid the WHOPPING 300 for the motor.

But see this would not be so bad if you had not committed Fraud with your insurance company and told them that I had the car since DEC 3rd when you got your Rental, also that you told me that you SPENT all of your insurance money that you had already received from them. You mentioned that you needed to buy NEW Computer Equiptment because your house was broken into.. Even that the only money that was left was the 320.00 that your insurance company was willing to pay for the motor swap.. We both Know that that would not cover someone loosening the SUBFRAME bolts nevermind a MOTOR swap. So as per our discussion I would contact your Insurance company and ask for the supplement to get to the figure of 950.00 that I quoted you for the job.

On December 30th your insurance company and me came to an agreement about the prices and adjustments, Still leaving the POCKET short on funds I emailed you asking how you would be covering the rest of the BILL, 2 days later I got back from you "I can take care of it", this is NOT an answer to me.. Then I did GET sick where there are about 100 People that could verify that if I cared what you thought.

The Bottom line is that you lied to your INSURANCE company about when you dropped the car off, No one auhorized untill DEC 31st the work on the car, and if you REALLY want to call other SHOPS like you did today asking them to do your MOTOR swap feel FREE too. There will a Storage fee of 25.00 per day since the 15th of DEC when I DID receive the car.

Your car is going in at some point tomorrow Night or Wednesday for the Motor swap as it was scheduled for .. But I think a MAJOR appologie is due to Fred, Myself and ANY other VENDOR that you contacted reguarding this matter.. And I think you should do it quickly..
Now I'm gonna ad to this post. I was contacted today by Scott (smurfboySHO) to do the motor swap, because he is having problems with the garage where the vehilce is at now. After I spoke to him and realized that the car was up at Kirks I figured out I'd check the forum for recent posts made by smurfboySHO, and speak to Kirk. Boy am I glad I did. I spoke to Kirk today on the phone and after reading the posts from smurfboySHO, I decided to not even touch it. Scott stated that he could not get ahold of Kirk and was bad mouthing him quite a bit. I did not even know about the whole insurance thing.

I do not run that kind of business here. I don't take work from others that have been in the business longer than I. That is why I wanted to speak with Kirk and or Fred first. smurfboySHO, I hope you read this soon, an apology is definately at order.

Please apologize, pick up your car, pay kirk a storage fee and take it to a Ford dealer who WON'T do your work because they WILL NOT install a used part.

You just screwed yourself, please sell your SHO and go buy a honda civic with a big wing on it. Thats what you should be driving after all,as you are acting like a 16 year old with NO clue how to treat people.

You made a huge mistake.

Well I see ther are a lot of back stabbing here. I saved all emails to me by Kirk teling me oh the work will be done before christmass and then telling me it will be on mondays schedule (2 weeks ago)

and now that he has put it off so long and has ****** off the customer he wants to charge me 25 dollers per day after he told me to drop off the engine to get it done faster. well I will be see an atterny in the morning about damages now.

Smurf, please, just be a man, call who you gotta call and fix the problem. You don't need to bring the law into this BS problem, because there is NO PROBLEM! Read Fred's long post, it sums everything right up. You should really understand as a SHO owner in Mass you are burning TONS, I mean TONS of bridges in the SHO world with every post. Fred and Kirk are understanding people at heart and I think you can still salvage your status as a customer if you simply calm down and speak to either of them in person to settle the situation.

Listen, I can understand having a problem with a vendor, and that is what this forum is for.... leaving feedback ..

But before you post here you should always do one of two things... 1. fix any problems that you have with the vendor BEFORE posting anything. and 2. if you do still have problems take care of it off forum.

If the person isn't contacting you via e-mail, try AIM, or the contacting forum, or even the forum that he RUNS. There are plenty of ways to remidy this problem OFF forum. I will not have this turn into a bigger ******* match than it has already become.

Take care of this off forum then post here...

Splain Lucy....who's backstabbing? False accusations such that you have posted regarding Fred is called defamation of character.

Seems to me, that this topic is going nowhere. I will be moving it shortly to the black hole in order to preserve information so it cannot be altered just in case any insurance agents want to see it, or law officials. Who knows.
