Engine Swap. How hard is it?

A guy wants to trade me a Kawasaki 350 Warrior for my parts car SHO but only if I will pull the good engine from his SHO and put it into mine for him. The ATV is worth anywhere from $1500 to $3500 from what I can tell and I have done quite a few engine changes but not on a SHO. How hard would this be to do considering I have two complete cars to work with. And how does the engine come out of these things? Out the bottom or out the top? These are both 93 ATX cars.

As Fred said in your first thread about this subject here, the easiest way on the ATX is to just drop them out the bottom to swap.

Was hopeing for a little more detail. Thanks for your help. I knew where the other thread was but it was in the wrong place. Thought maybe someone here would have more insight.

shouldn't be too bad, make sure you mark every wire you take off/disconect and take lots of pictures so you can use them for reference if you get stuck!
