engine knock

My car is a 92 3.0 MTX with 163k It sounds as if a marble is rattling in the intake but it only on start up now. It started doing this in NC when i was at Paul's and we did the valve cover gasket and spark wells along with spark plugs and wires it was a awful knock then but it wasn't as bad after a oil change and filter. Paul suggested rod bearings but before i do so i wanted to see if there could be anything else it could be. i maybe able to get the sound up so yall could here it but, its been at least 2k since it started and i drive her kinda hard so thats why it leads me away from the rod bearings.

Any suggestions?

regardless at that milage it needs bearings

Where exactly is the sound coming from?
It could be the following:
Rod bearings
Cam chain tensioner's
Accessory bearing (alt, idler pulley, etc.)
Timing belt tensioner/ crank cancer

honestly im not exactly sure but it sound like its from the vavle covers personally and i plan to do rod bearings any ways as soon as i have the money
