Engine Harness

Anybody know what/have the manufature/name/part #/where to purchase the heat rap for the rear harness that some of the cam welder's are putting on.

My harness hasn't melted completly yet but it sure has gotten close.

Find a good speed shop, and get a foot of Aeroquip silicone fire sleeve, .75" or 1" diameter, slice it lengthwise and place it fiberglas side towards the harness with the orange silicone side towards the valve cover. It won't completely wrap around the harness, but it insulates between the harness and the valve cover which is where it melts.

Expect to pay upwards of $20 for that one foot.
