Assuming you are doing this on your 93, Those should all be 3 digit codes. However, I don't know what a code 221, Or 954 is. I also don't see any codes listed for stock SHO's beating LS1's.



511 (O) No power to PCM pin 1 or bad PCM (processor)

117 (O,M) ECT sensor is/was low or grounded - ECT

217 (M) Primary circuit failure - ignition coil 3 - Ignition Systems

any suggestions on the culprit these are all new except the ECT one

Try pulling the codes the old fashioned way. There are two tests you can run, one with the engine off (KOEO) and one with the engine running (KOER). There is a certain procedure to follow for the KOER. Check out this link:
