hey PROPHET, i just changed mine out this weekend with the reinforced ones from shonut. the threaded rod itself has a 10mm bolt head and is about 26cm long (7 & 11/16 inches). i reused the metal sleeves though because the ones josh sent me were way too long. i hope this helps.

anytime man, anytime. and if youre planning on replacing them i recommend the shonut reinforced set. cheap and effective thumb
