Why? I ran Intrax and Tockicos on the front of my car for a good year with no issues. Eric Vervailin is still running them.
What are the spring rates on those B&Gs?
Funny, I'm sure I told you that they'd work together...everyone and their uncle keeps telling me the wont be happy with eachother! ha
Whats the reason for them breaking? Is it that the eibachs cant handle the stress on them? Do you take the car to the track or anything?
Just wondering what the cause of the failure on them would be. How many KM's did you put on them before they broke?

wow, i didnt know they could freeze. where is port alberni? I'm in southern ontario so i dont think it gets cold enough to do that. plus i will be putting the SHO in storage after i get the suspension done (hopefully in 3-4 weeks). I just need the snow/ice to hold off for a bit lol

In automotive-speak, frozen means seized or jammed. Not frozen in the literal sense.![]()
oh....so the strut did actually freeze?
I assumed that since struts have some sort of oil in them, it could get very thick like sludge and unmanageable.
My bad. I just assumed you meant seized. That's what I get for assuming...
