I went to AutoZone and they said my EGR valve isn't opening. Is there anything fast that I can do to get this working without replacing it. Thanks

You can remove the throttle body and clean the EGR nostrils located right behind there. That might be why you have a code is because of the low flow rate of air through those nostrils. They can be cleaned with a common coat hanger. thumb

Jeremy's probably right. Search this topic of the Forum for past discussions and even pictures of cleaning these passages and nostrils. It's usually just the nostrils being gummed up and they are accessible through the throttle body.

The 322 EGR code(?) indicates the EGR pressure sensor is not indicating a pressure change when the EGR valve opens. It could be that the sensor has failed, the rubber hoses from the sensor to the EGR line are plugged, the EGR valve isn't actually opening or that the passages are blocked between the EGR valve and the intake manifold vacuum. You have to figure out which condition exists before you can fix the problem.
