EGR Code!?!?

So last week i got my car back from the trans shop, and the CEL came on and i finnally pulled the codes today. The one code i got was 327 (O,R,M) EGR feedback signal is/was low - EVR or PFE. What does that mean?? The last owner put a new EGR valve on it. Oh and idk if this might have anything to do with it but now it just started ideling like crap and i am starting to think it might be the IAC too! Some help would be nice, just figured i would see if anyone would know if the problems are related or something.

Replace the DPFE sensor, reset the PCM, and retest.

Where is the DPFE sensor?

Mounted on the intake facing the firewall, driver's side.

Look for a small metal or plastic "box" with an electrical connector and with two rubber hoses out the bottom.

Cracked hoses, or hoses filled with carbon will cause it to fail too...
