EEC Testing on a 95 MTX..

I have a 94 ATX and The EEC test port is out in the open but I want to check the codes on my buddies newly purchased 95 MTX and I cant fid the wiring harness to check the codes, I feel so dumb for asking a simple question, but I cannot for the life of me find it!! is the location on the MTX diff. from the ATX?? I know that they still used the EEC IV on the 95s, but wheres the wiring harness?? TIA guys!!

it is in the same place, but sometimes it falls down onto the cat and melts.

yea, I found it, it was WAYYYY the **** down there. Man do I feel dumb, I looked for so long for it and couldnt find it before!!
