ebay rotors

Have seen postings on ebay for drilled & slotted rotors. They seem to be just standard rotors that have been machined. Anyone who has tried them please reply with info. THANKS in advance

Unless the material in the rotor has been heat treated for stress relief after the machining was performed, the slots or holes will lead to premature cracking of the rotor. This has been done for appearances sake only and will not enhance the performance of your braking system. It will probably result in the reduction of its effectiveness. Be aware.

Properly machined, cast or forged rotors that have slots or cross drilling are usually very pricey. Check out the prices on a set of Brembo rotors and calipers.
