Fantastic numbers! So assuming 20% drivetrain loss, 420 whp is 525 bhp! Assuming 23% loss that's be 545 bhp!!!

I've heard both percentages tossed around... Not sure which one to use.

I have Matt digging in to it to figure out how to get to 450.
I feel like I will need to get EPP to gain another 2lb of boost and few more HP

Thank you for asking

Is pushing the turbos past the 18psi efficiency range actually helping?!

Actually talking to Matt just now, he says that 20-22PSI dyne was reading was from boost controller, car was only seeing 18psi because boost controller reads before cold air intake and car reads from 3bar map sensor at manifold, there numbers are less, so actual boost going in to cylinders is still 18 even tho turbos push 22,
Makes sense?
I reviewed the logs i recorded at dyno and car feeling awesome, ton of negative knock, crazy 24 aggressive timing, fuel pressure at 3K psi, ouch, I wish stock tribes can give me little more, but same time them small turbos such a flat line torque line its crazy, dyne guy sad that it's super flat and power spreads all across RPM range, so I don't know...
If I was on dynojet dyne stand numbers would be 10% higher :)

Nice numbers!!!

So here is an example of a top end you can get with bigger turbos...

The bigger pull was a conservative tune after getting the turbos installed... I specifically asked for 475hp to leave room on the table so we weren’t pushing too hard...

The lower tune was basically stock turbos, stock exhaust, E30...

For reference...

On what dyno stand? Mustang or DYNOJET?
We have pretty much identical mods minus air intake.
SO you are saying my 424/446 is best I can get out of the car without upgrading turbos?
You think EEP intake can gain me little more power? I would really like to get to 450/475

Not sure what mods you have? And mine was on a dyno jet. Mustang dynos can be calibrated to produce Dynojet numbers. I would say 426/446 is pretty good, do you have down pipes?

My first dyno was LMS HPFP, 3BAR, AIRAID CAI, and colder plugs... stock exhaust and stock down pipes and stock turbo...

The higher number was the works. And that was without the dual feed intake and a base upgraded turbo tune... it’s been kicked up a notch since...

The dual feed intake helps on maxed out stock turbos and aftermarket turbos.. so you might see something..

That's pretty much my mod list, Matt said my current bottleneck is the low pressure fuel pump if I want to stay on stock turbos. Haven't been on a dyno but she pulls real ******* the streets!

Ah, yes, the lower number on mine did that with the GH IC as well, but I didn’t have the down pipes.

So you are right on par then, seems like the mustang dyno you were on was calibrated to output like a Dynojet which is something they can do for power pulls... numbers are cool... but it’s the curves that show what’s going on.

I know Matt squeezes 450awhp out of his personal one with similar mods as you on his own dyno... so it’s doable... just gonna take some time/tweaking to get there... the stress/cost may not be worth it if you are looking to upgrade components further.

Looks like corrected numbers are 395/416 but still good numbers. Are you on the Auto Octane tune or a dedicated E40 tune?

Dedicated E40, 4th revision now.

I have not tested my AO or logged it, still tinning E tune, can't get off of it :)
I can only imaging my disappointment when I go back to 93
