I have a 2015 SHO and the driver's side has a small but annoying wind leak. I haven't figured out if it's the window or door . Anyone with the same problem?

Yes, driver & passenger side - right in the corner by the mirror. I first noticed this when going through an automatic car wash with the fan on high - it would blow bubbles in both spots! Mine is a 2013 PP. Not sure if any changes were made to the 15's.

My wife drives a Volvo XC90 V8 Sport. One of her first comments was how much wind noise there was in the cabin of the SHO compared to her car. She immediately pointed out the air leaks, then I told her about the car wash incident. Pretty funny, but apples to oranges in build quality between the two.

Ok, thanks. Besides that, I'm really happy with the build quality, so far.

I am a little less than two weeks in with only a few hundred miles, but mine is super quiet. I drive about 7 miles on the interstate each day for work. Hopefully it is a simple fix, I would bring it in to the dealer.

My drivers window blows bubbles too. I see a recall in our future...

Maybe the seals are drying out? In that case, clean with soap & water, then if necessary, lubricate, preferably with a silicone-based product applied sparingly. Meguiars Vinyl/Rubber Conditioner might work, 303 is another one you can try.

If that's the case, do you think it would be covered under the B-B warranty? I'm still covered until July, 2017 & 21k more miles.

Do you have true B2B? Sounds like you have powertrain warranty remaining, unless you got the 3/36 extended? Ford ESP does not seem to cover seals/weatherstripping, their exclusions:

Generally Covered by Your Auto Insurance –
Examples include: fixed (non-moving) body parts, bumpers, glass,
moldings, ornamentation, paint, rust, sheet metal, structural
underbody framework, side and rear view mirrors (glass and housing),
water leaks, wind noise, weather strips, wheels, wheel studs, wheel
covers, convertible top and bow.

Having B2B would definitely cover it, since it is not a regular maintenance item, I would think. ESP probably would not. Doesn't hurt to try though. They might find a defective part, and depending on how "friendly" they are, work it through the warranty process.

Thanks SHOdded! I'll run that by the service guys the next time I'm in.

It's the original B2B - in service date of July, 2014, and I only have 14,500 miles on it now.
