Driver Exhaust Rubber Hanger

hi guys - my rubber hanger on the driver side muffler has torn ('91 SHO, stock exhaust). Rock doesn't list a replacement. The ford part number on it is E9DC-5F262-AA. here is a pic of it. Thanks!

You just have to go to the parts store and eyeball it and make it work. They are generally universal fit type to accommodate many different designs. You won't find a vehicle specific replacement at the age of these vehicles. If it's a collector vehicle you could search for NOS OEM stock sitting around somewhere

You can try the Walker #35212 insulator.

For some reason, in exhaust listings, the further back you go in the series, the more parts are available in the rockauto listings.
Take a look at the 1990 SHO exhaust listings to see your insulator.

In the meantime, you can wrap that broken insulator with wire around the circumference, and reinstall it until the new one arrives.

Have you tried Green Sales Company in OH? With the p/n they should fix you right up. Mine was broken the same way as yours they had an NOS Ford part for me. You might want to call on their research number to assure you have a p/n and not an engineering number. That number came up out of stock/no good when I just checked their site
