Dream Cruise Plans?

Does anyone have any plans to cruise around the week of the dream cruise or on the actual day? It would be fun to get together and maybe hurt some muscle car owners feelings.

I refuse to sit in traffic, and watch my temps soar. Ill just stick to my normal run, left a Gen4 owner a little dissapointed last time.

i dont go anywhere near woodward the 2nd half of that week. even with an atx i get bored and annoyed. we did this a few years ago as a group and the mtx guys were hurting a while later.

okay, then dont go guys. I was just wondering if anyone had plans or wanted to cruise around a few days before the actual cruise day. I agree siting in traffic the day of stinks but the week of is always fun. I usually go out a few hours after work before going home. The week of has always been fun for me throughout the years.

I'll most likely be out this Friday night, hanging out around Potbelly's or cruising in my SHO. I might be out for a few days the week of the cruise too, but probably in my Stang. The day of the cruise, my Stang will be in Mustang Ally and I'll be walking around all over from Ferndale to Birmingham.

Buddy of mine with the two Z28s lives a block off Woodward south of 13 Mile (block down from Target Sports). he no longer takes his '68 out on Cruise Day, as he did it once and he tennis shoes almost burned from the header heat!!. We'll be out there at least once next week, maybe twice. We usually hang at the Donut Shop a block north of the Vinsetta Garage. May bring out my red '89, but we are usually in his pea-green '68 Z28 with the black stripes.

We will be at his house on Cruise Day, but we walk from there up to Birmingham, and back. Which takes all day!!

My niece lives a couple blocks from The Emory in Ferndale. I tried to make the trek but work blacks out those dates due to school going back and an increase in sales and stuff. I was up there a couple weeks ago, I'm originally from East Detroit. Oh I'm sorry, East POINTE... HAAH!! My older Bro has a 40' Ford he takes out there. One of these days I will make it on Dream Cruise Week.

I'll be out there the week of cruising around but probably will be in my Jeep SRT8 instead of the SHO.
