Downpipe Install Questions?

hi all,
finally got around to replacing my downpipe assy and i went to rockauto for gaskets and found the doughnuts but i also found an exhaust ****** bolt & spring kit. is this for the exhaust manifold to converter connection so i would need 2? TIA

You only need 1 gasket. The manifolds are bell shaped. The ****** bolts come in a set of 3 from rockauto, so you only need 1.

my eastern catalytic converter came with one flat gasket i assume for the downnpipe to flexpipe connection. so i don't need doughnuts just 1 exhaust ****** bolt and spring kit?
