Hey Guys what is the size of the Door speakers? Also what would be a good affordable replacement for them?

Sheesh. 6x8. And define "affordable". That means different things to different people. :)

THANK YOU!

6.5 will also work if you tweak it a bit. Crutchfield usually has some good prices on infinity with tweeters. Something like 140 for the set.

with some slight modification, you could stuff a 6x9 in there couldn't you?
Found some Infinity Reference 3 ways on ebay, brand new in the box for like 60 bucks.

Shallow depth 6x9, maybe. I think a lot of 6x9 designs would be too deep for the door (unless you don't want to roll your windows down...) Or you could fab some spacer rings for them.

I personally prefer component sets for the front doors and I put Infinity Reference series in mine. I got last year's model on closeout for around $100 IIRC.

I have the Infinity component single 6x9s in the back and the tweeters that came with them up front. round Infinity 2 ways in the door though I can't remember the size.

But the single 6x9s in the rear fill out the low to mid bass well and when the sub in the trunk gets it's signal from the rear speaker wires you can add more adjustability to the bass with the fader control.
