Door ajar light

My door ajar light came on the other day and I cannot figure out which door switch it is coming from (if a door switch controls it, I have no idea if I am right). Is there a way to check and see which door it is coming from and how do I fix it? I have no idea how it works at all. i am not an idiot but door switches are not my speciality.

I've found there are 2 different switches in the doors, 1 to shut off the lights, and one to tell the system if a door is ajar or not. Now I have to figure out where this second switch is, and how to replace them. they're 12 bucks each at autozone.

Mine came on last winter, and only seemed to do it when it was really cold out. It turned out to be the back driver's side door, and to double check I closed all the doors but that one and just pushed the plunger thing down that's in the middle of the jamb. It didn't work at first, but then the light went out. A couple shots of WD-40 and a year later, I have had no more problems with it.

I cannot find the second switch to let the car know when the door is open to turn on the door ajar switch?? HELP ME!! That light is driving me crazy!

The door ajar switch is in the door latch mechanism. Good luck.
