Hey every one.

I'm new, bought a 97 SHO in Feburary and I would like to join your nobel ranks.

I live in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities and was wondering if you guys ever get together. 'Cause that'd be sweet.

welcome, and yes Joe (whiteman_01) is hosting a tech meet at his place Hastings. We actually had a get together about 2-3 weeks ago and went to the autoshow on fords tab.

yeah, once it gets warmer check often for quick friday/sat. night university meets, that seems to be common

I'm in Blaine, along Highway 610. University runs would be fun, if a bunch of us were to roll together.

I've heard people call us the Minnesota NoSHO Club.

I'd say there are 2 diff. clubs. The MNSHOC for those that do SHO up, there's about 6-8 that have been regular the last couple yrs. and and it looks like there is a few newbs that are becoming regular :wave: Then there's the NoSHO Club, because there seems to be atleast a handful that regularily say they want to, but never SHO up for one reason or another.

I've been to one meet myself, a few years back during a stinkin' blizzard!

Since my SHO is now my winter car its stored without insurance whenever the weather's nice enough for a meet. I'd feel odd bringing my Mustang to a meet.

And yea we typically get together across from BK in a warehouse parking lot on uni ever few weeks in the summer. Its good times, good lot to be in, get a lot of variety.

And Joe just talked to charlie and he said i can drive his BMW again this year as long as you give him a ride in the red car.

I think so? I personally havn't actually confirmed you were at the last 2 meets, only the 2 so far, right? I didn't get a chance to meet you at D&B's as I couldn't stay very long, but Jeremiah said you were there and also didn't get a chance to meet any of the guys I didn't already know at the Auto Show except Dodgebusta and AceG... and that only happened because they were out by the Fusion test drive when I went to check it out. I assume you were there though, based on the # of guys we had there and you said you were.

Yup Dave and Busters and the Auto Show are the only 2 I have been to so far. You should have came earlier that day and had lunch with us at Champs.

I would of, but my dad was coming from 1 1/2 hrs. north of me and got here as early as he could, so couldn't have gotten down there any earlier than we did. I did look over that way as we drove by though.

I was down on University this weekend with my friends' MR2 and RX-8, it was fun. Not too many muscle cars yet, but a ton of imports.


I'm not sure where to hang out. It's a Ford but it's a Yamaha too.
