So you originally mentioned meeting mid-afternoon and dinner is @ 5pm. I was wondering what time mid-afternoon to show up? I probably won't be going to any stores, so I was thinking 3:30ish, while it's still light out.

Traditionally, I've tried to make it to Bronner's by 2ish, but I usually get there a bit early and go into the store before people arrive. 3-3:30ish is usually when folks start to show up, but as long as everyone is there by 4:30, that'll be fine.
FYI for folks that haven't been to Frankenmuth, there's a neat little outdoor mall next to Bavarian Inn for shopping, the downtown stores are nice, and there's a real nice antiques shop about 4 miles south of town. If you exit at Birch Run and come into Frankenmuth from the south, it'll be at the light where you turn north to town.

That's 18 as it stands right now. I was able to get a couple more on the reservation count, but Bavarian says they're getting pretty snug so more than that might be a stretch.
Ron, any word yet on if you'll be in town?
Superlux, do you have anyone else coming out with you? If I hope to get everyone into the restaurant I need final numbers like yesterday!

Yup. Found out I'm done for the rest of the year, so I'll be heading home tomorrow. Count me in.

Folks who've been to these in the past know what Bavarian Inn is like this time of year; space is at a premium, as evidenced by the humongous line of people we bypass on our way to reserved seats At this point, I can't guarantee any additional room at the dinner for anyone not already on the list above. Any further additions will have to wait until this Saturday to see if there's room at the Inn, and/or how many cancellations we get.

thanks for adding me to the list, and sorry i added on soo late, but i was supposed to go to my gf's family's christmas, but she is giving me a free pass since ive done this the past years

Okay folks, looks like we'll have a healthy turnout for the meet!
I must say, however, that we are presently at capacity for the dinner, so anyone not on the list at this point will either have to hope for a cancellation (which usually does take place; we haven't had a Christmas dinner yet where everyone who signed up made it out--watch this be the first!) or set up reservations on your own.
As for meeting up, we'll meet at Bronner's Christmas World in their north lot. Now, Bronner's lot is HUGE and the north lot goes all the way up to the hotel north of Bronners. If there's been a lot of snow they usually have berms built up so it may be hard to see, but just remember to keep going north until you get to the back side of the hotel. I'm planning to be there no later than 2:30pm so look for my red 93 w/ the black bra. I'll be going inside for some shopping so I probably won't be back to the car until 3:30 or so, but feel free to start meeting up anytime.
The only thing I ask is that everyone be to Bronner's no later than 4:30pm. We'll all head up to Bavarian Inn together, and trust me, it'll be a madhouse inside so it's best if we stick together. Should you get separated, our reservations are under Christopher Smith, for 5pm.
Other than that, see everyone Saturday!
