Does anyone know how to make the volume control for the factory JBL system work... My stereo is factory and that control does nothing. Is there a connector that has to be plugged in for it to work?

Yes. there is a small 3(maybe more or less) pin iirc connector that plugs into the head unit on the back that controls those buttons.

It has been out... the PO had an aftermarket head unit in there, I had to fish these out of the trunk... Gonna go fix it now, will let you know if I triumph.

Fixed... there was a single wire connector hanging out by itself behind the tape deck... always have your ford radio removal tool handy. :thankyou:
