Crap … lost a turbo

Well, after three months of ownership, it seems a turbo has cut loose.
Anyone else in central Ohio that could recommend a good mechanic who doesn’t try to bankrupt you?
If replacing one, should both be replaced or does that make a difference?
Any help and feedback is appreciated.

if you can do them booth at the same time I would. As you might be able to just rebuild the other one.
