Crank Sensor Help

Can anyone tell me the systoms of a bad crank sensor and how to replace oneon a 93 atx

I replaced my cps about a year ago. First find some time, its not a quick job. The symptoms are really obvious. You will be driving down the road and suddenly your rpm gauge will drop and the car will shut off or come close to shutting off. If this happens and you cant start it, wait till it cools down and then it should start fine....until it warms back up.

thanks. It turns out that the issue was the cam sensor the whole time

The cam sensor or the crank sensor?

BTW, where in AL are you from? I'm on the Gulf Coast and have an 89 and a 95.

It was the cam sensor and I live in north mobile and have a 93 atx and a 95 mtx. Maybe we can get together sometime. There is noone local who are into the SHO
