Couple Of Pressing Issues Looking for info.......

I have two issues that i am wondering if anyone can give me advice on......

1. I am in need of a belt tensioner, makes noise at idle goes away at 1500 R.P.M.'s I have had no luck in the aftermarket, and Ford is asking around $300.00 any ideas?? This is located near the power steering pump and is what you move to remove the belt........ How much torture must someone go through to change this item?

2. Can I remove the radiator from the top, or must it come out of the bottom??

The Radiator is Easy it comes out from the top.....

If I'm not mistaken, the tensioner is only held on by one bolt. It can't be that hard. I have one for sale, e-mail me at [email protected].
