It really depends on where you take it and what type of rebuild you are going for and if you do any of it yourself. It can range from 1.2k - 2.8k.

You will be lucky to have the whole job done at a shop for $1600 - 1800 min.

BTW, the SHO has an AX4S tranny which is an updated version of the AXODE. They just used the same pan as the other version.
