Cooling fan stays on after engine shutdown

Hi,
My '89 has just recently started doing this cooling fan run on thing after I shut it off. I tapped an the IRCM module and the fan quit. I have to assume the swich is sticking in the on position. Are these units available anywhere? Any help on this would be appreciated.

I checked the search feature for this malady but couldn't find what I was looking for.

pretty sure you need to find a used one.
