Cooler?

So I'm up under my car looking at how bad it'll be to change the clutch while pulling the starter which crapped out on me.
I see this small transmission cooler looking part with 2 lines attached to it, does the car in fact have a tranny cooler? It's mounted close to the driver side on the front cross member pretty close to the fog light. (fog light is on other side of the frame) Mine looks toast for whatever it may be, never really heard of a transmission cooler for an mtx though.
it's a 92 MTX (durr clutch lol)

That small cooler is for the power steering.

seemed a bit small for a tranny cooler but I didn't follow the lines (obviously) so what would that little part be called?

probably called a power steering cooler.
