Coolant Recommendation

I need to get my car inspected for a title change, and want to make sure that it makes to the inspection, so I decided that I can do is an oil change and a coolant flush. For the oil I decided to use the Castrol GTX High Mileage because the car has over 212K on it. My question is what coolant do you guys recommend for the 3.2SHO and also do you guys recommend any flushing fluid or specific flushing procedure?

Regular green coolant....I am privy to the Motorcraft coolant myself. But, anything will work. Just drain the system and refill it....make sure you have a good 50/50 or 60/40 mixture.
