How do you not have a helmet? I have a spare motorcycle helmet that I will bring if the date is good. It's a small, but it fits my noggin.

IIRC it has to be SA rated 2005 or newer.
All these years I've got away with my "M" open face for every event I've done.

Yeah, I saw that update. Good news for lots of others with only a m2005. If I can get enough side work in the next couple weeks I will be secured in a spot at VIR. I don't want to miss that track.

I think so. My list of things to do for this convention started with things I didn't do before last year's convention.

Like Brian, I am out.
I can't find someone to share a room with and I don't feel like spending an additional $200 on lodging for 2 nights. Todd has seemed to disappear again so I don't know what to say about that. Its a shame no one responded to me wanting to share a room but I can kinda understand because it is last minute for me to ask and it is kinda last minute for me to find out Brian is out as well since we were sharing a room.
My convention money will go into the race car for next year. I wanted to hit up VIR but at this point I think it is better for my future to not go and put the money elsewhere.

You know my situation. For me it now makes more sense not to go since you are not able to. Plus since I made this decision I picked up an ARCA transmission...so I am officially out of it. I really wanted to go, but the guys I know, even outside of FL, are not going this time. Sorry.
