There are service manuals in the library, such as chiltons, motors, Mitchels, Haynes, etc. The torque specs are in the manuals. The OEM, or Helm, manuals are available on e-bay occasionally.

SEARCH for "ford repair Cd" and download a complete service set that includes the torque settings.

A list with all of them typed out from top to bottom is what I believe he is asking for. I myself have longed for such a list. Just a basic text file, roughly organized would be very handy indeed and a real timesaver vs. scouring through the manuals or searching/asking online. I'd rather have a list than even a nicely thought out web interface too. Sometimes I want to make my own custom little list for a job I'm going to do that I've done before so I can speed through it. What's the easiest, handiest, most reliable way to construct such a custom list? From a larger comprehensive list of course! Shoot, I could crumple up a master list into a corner of my tool chest and come back to it years later and within minutes have the numbers I need. Can't say that about any archived website or forgotten manual. I've run into both problems many, many times.

Paper list = robust technology
electronically stored list text file = great way to print lots of copies of paper list.
Plus it's handy for quick electronic searches when the computer's on, file's right under my nose and not misplaced on another hard drive or CD forgotten somewhere. But definately not as robust as a good old fashioned paper list. Any electronic form that would prevent printing out such a basic comprehensive list would be less valuable to have because it would prevent the easy creation of the most robust form!
