codes 114 and 519

Finally I have it knowcked down to these two codes. 114 519. I think I need new plugs and wires because it seems like it is missing or skipping or something so I am assuming there may be a tear in a plug wire or something wrong with a seal or plug or something. Any ideas what would be causing thes codes to come through??

114 is the ACT air charge temp sensor....
519 is the PSPS- power steering pressure switch....

a good tune up wouldnt hurt... have you checked the plug wells?
wires, plugs, fuel filter, and clean the intake....

fuel filter and pump are brand new as of a week ago. I need to throw on some new plugs and wires for sure as I don't know how old these ones are. I hope that solves the problem.
