What does this mean? Acordding to SPP it is Problem in Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) solenoid/circuit - Solenoids but i dont know where to start.

Make certain the IMRC/IAS solenoid (on rear of intake facing the firewall) is plugged in.
