I've been dealing with this problem since I've bought my '95 ATX this winter. I have replaced the EGR Valve & cleaned out the tubing, completely removed & cleaned the intake & runners, installed new Motorcraft DPFE Sensor, installed new Motorcraft EGR Position Sensor..... and the damn code still comes on. I'm going to try running new wires as described and hope that's it. Otherwise I'm tempted to pull out the damn bulb on my cluster. LOL The car runs great & never has any problems.
