just replace both O2 sensors. The other one will probably go bad within a little while anyway. They aren't expensive. Get the bosch O2 sensors.

The code is defined as:

176 (M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean Left or Front HO2S

That would be the bank closer to the radiator since the front of the engine is the end on the passenger side. I agree with BeatDaSHO that it would be a better idea to replace both sensors. Your 3.2L will need either the Bosch 13223 or 15716 (8.5" leads) from AutoZone for $49.00.

The rear sensor is tough to access and will require an O2 sensor socket (I believe you can borrow these from AutoZone), a universal joint and 9" of extensions to remove it. Lay on top of the intake and reach between the engine and the firewall to unclip the electrical connector.
