i just took the codes on my SHO today and received a code of 14. i know it's this.....PIP circuit failure. Suspect PIP sensor or TFI module, or grounding or interference problems at the TFI module. Now.....i understand that the PIP is the crankshaft position sensor but i'm not quite sure if it's bad or not. I don't have any symptoms of it being bad. Could there be anything else besides the cps that is wrong? Should i check for anything else? I just replaced the front main seal about 2 weeks ago and i gapped the cps and cleaned it off some. well get back to me please. thanks.
