Need a new clutch. Can I reuse the flywheel bolts, the ones that hold the FW to the crank? Also, I need new dowell pins for the FW. Where might these be found?

The flywheel to engine bolts can be re-used. Be sure to use threadlocker on both those and the PP-Flywheel bolts, and torque both to spec.

Flywheel dowels - Josh at SHO Nut sells them (Clutch section, $5.91 for 3). I do not know the dimensions, otherwise I would say you can probably go to any local machine shop and they would be able to supply them.
