Climate Control *Thump Thump Thump*

I get an odd Thump, Thump, Thump sound when im driving with my heat on, it sounds to be coming from behind the climate controls on the centre console. This noise varies with the fan speed, higher it thumps more repeatedly and if i turn the fan speed right down it makes a barley audible thump every 2 seconds or so.

I have no way of pulling codes or anything, so does anyone have this problem or a suggestion? Some kinda A/C valve not opening because its jammed or broken?

For info the A/C does not work because I just bought the car and its winter right now. I had the mechanic take a look at the A/C but he said everything appeared ok.

Your blend door motor is busted. Which requires removing the dash to replace. That is my post and it has links for everything you need to know.
