I'm going to be working on someone's SHO tomorrow. Here is their problem, the air only blows out the defroster vent, no matter what position is selected. I'm thinking that it's either a vacuum leak or a faulty EATC unit. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. The '95 shop manual shows that, in the absence of vacuum, air will be delivered to the defroster outlets only. Check the coloured mini vacuum lines behind the glove box. I have recently had a problem with the recirculation door not operating correctly and it turned out that its white vacuum line was not connected properly.

I had the same problem with my 92 you can check the Vacuum actuator. Open the glove box and pul it out of the holders. Now you can look up in the dash to the left and see the top of the motor you can push it down i Believe if it stays there you probably have vacuum running to it and the motor is bad... However, you have to take the vacuum line off to check them... You must do this from the bottom side of the dash its one of those you can get to all parts you just have to come from 3 diff. angles... Anyway pull the line off hit the button to make it work and see if there is suction... if there is then the motor is bad...
