clicking noise when i excelerate

now when i start my car i get a clicking sound where the belts and pulleys are..when i spray w-2 on it,it stops.but its only temporary..it comes back.can anyone tell me if its the pulleys or what..

Your going to have to remove the belt and see if any of the rotating assemblies are loose or are turning rough. Also inspect the belt for any frays or cuts.
