I got the center console out to check the wiring and they look factory and good.
I checked the fuse/circuit breaker; and found that it shared with the Horn and that was good. The horn works. I pulled it out and tried the horn and it didnt work.

Can't figure it out now.. could the 12v socket itself be bad?

Also I found under the cupholder area 3 plugs. What are these?

Same for me. Probably for different options or accessories across models. I wouldn't worry about them unless you are looking to tap them to power something later.

Did you check the connections at the back of the lighter and probe it for voltage? They can come loose in back. Also if you use the lighter for smokes, debris can build up and decrease contact effeciency. I have also noticed different plugs have different fitment/contact issues with drawing power reliably for some reason. If that is the case I would look into wiring in an extra accessory plug somewhere.

I don't have my multimeter here at home with me but I'll have it tomorrow to try.

The connections looked tight as can be it just didn't work. I suppose I could just get a new socket too

Check the wires at the socket and then check the socket itself. Like I said I have issues with certain accessories (GPS) staying connected in teh lighter without some wiggling and stuff. Other accessories don't always have this issue. It's more fitment and contact than no voltage.
